"Racers Theoretical Performance"

The Chicago Region SCCA, Tri-State Sports Car Council, Milwaukee Region SCCA and Wisconsin Autocross Inc. have elected to use the newly created RTP Index for their 1995 seasons. This Index was developed by Rick Ruth and reflects results from the National's, Yokohama Tour and BF Goodrich CEN-DIV events.
